New York Vendor Call Minutes
March 24, 2011
New York vendor call held on March 24, 2011 was focused on 5010 testing procedures and timelines for HealthNow. All testing will be with the Errata version.
Robert Lane began the call by reviewing timelines. A testing timeline and testing flow diagram are available on the News section of the New York Customers page on the ASK website.
HealthNow would like to see the following from vendors:
- 3 files of 50 claims with 90% or better acceptance
- Test as many claims scenarios as possible (these are listed on the 5010 Testing Survey).
- Parallel testing of 4010A1 and 5010 is encouraged
Vendors will be required to complete the 5010 Testing Survey. The survey is located on the ASK website under New York Customers.
