Web browser encryption

128 bit encryption is required to use some functions of this site.

If you are using Netscape, and receive an error message that reads, "This page cannot be displayed," you may need to update your browser. (See "Updating your Web browser" in this section.)

If you are using Internet Explorer, you can determine whether your system supports 128 bit encryption by clicking on "Help" in your Browser window, and then selecting "About Internet Explorer." This section will tell you what your encryption is.
