How do I know if a file was successfully transmitted and received?

If you did not see an acknowledgment message after transmitting a file, go to the "Receive Files" area in the secure section to see if all files ending in .trn, .ta1 and .997 are listed.

If files do not appear, you will need to transmit the file again.
