ATTENTION:  PC Ace Pro32 software users

Beginning March 1, 2008, Trading Partners can continue to use their current version of PC Ace Pro32 software for claims submission directly to Wisconsin Physicians Services (WPS) Medicare. WPS is the contractor for Jurisdiction 5 which includes Kansas, Nebraska, and NW Missouri Medicare.

A service pack will be made available for download. This allows for the direct submission of claims to WPS Medicare Bulletin Board System phone number.

The service pack will continue to allow submission of claims for other payers directly to Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Kansas dba ASK.  These payers include:    

• Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Kansas
• Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Kansas City
• Preferred Health Professionals (PHP)
• Preferred Health Professionals PPO
• Freedom Network
• Freedom Network Select
• Health Partners of Kansas
• EDI Midwest
