EDI Midwest news item:

Children's Mercy Health (Family Health Partners), payer number 31472, is requiring the payer assigned provider number to be submitted in the 2010AA REF with a G2 qualifier.  This will be in addition to the current requirement to submit the same provider number with a G5 qualifier in the 2010AA loop.
