General Announcements:
Medicare B Data Center transition is moving smoothly.  The transition should be seamless with the exception of online/real time access, known as Professional Providers Telecommunications Network, PPTN.  Monday May 7, 2007, Medicare B mailed to current PPTN users a letter.  The letter included what impacts the transition would have on the sign on and access. It included two forms to be returned by fax to 785.290.0777. The two forms require the facility to identify a PPTN Data Security Officer and all employees needing access to PPTN.
