ASK EDI System Update

EDI has identified Trading Partners whose claims were received by payers but, may be missing Acknowledgments not downloaded prior to 2:30 P.M. CT, Tuesday May 17th.

For a limited time EDI has made available a human readable proprietary report called GENRPT, for these Trading Partners.  Enabling the proprietary report will create a GENRPT for all Acknowledgments in your mailbox. 

• Trading Partners are advised to resubmit files missing Acknowledgments, allowing the file to reject as a duplicate. A proprietary report, GENRPTinputfilename.generation#.sequence#.RPT will be available for download.
• The field titled "Claims with Errors" will reflect claims needing to be corrected and resubmitted.    

GENRPT will be available for a limited time ending May 31 at 4:30 P.M. CT. 

Only Trading Partners who were impacted will receive the proprietary GENRPT report.
