ATTN: Urgent information regarding FTP connectivity with ASK
The current connectivity for FTPS will no longer be available after 8/23/2016.
Trading partners using the FTP connection should move as soon as possible to the following:
URL: 5010secftp.bcbsks.com (IP Address: 204.154.185.200)
Port: 9004
This will be a SFTP connection.
Trading Partners who are using the ASK website (www.ask-edi.com) for file transfer are not affected by this change.
