Delay in HealthNow ERAs (835)

Due to a system issue recently experienced by Payspan, our health plan’s third-party payment vendor, providers may experience a delay of several business days in the availability of remittance details as well as receipt of reimbursements for our members' claims. We apologize for any inconvenience and understand you may want to speak with your provider representative. If you encounter high call volumes, you may also continue to check back regularly to obtain remittance details and scheduled reimbursement as these delays are resolved.
