Beginning July 10, 2018 through 11am CST July 30, 2018 BCBSKS claims have rejected in error with A6:26:DN, No Required Referring Physician Information Submitted.

• A6: Acknowledgment/Rejected for Missing Information - The claim/encounter is missing the information specified in the Status details and has been rejected.
• 26: Entity not found. Usage: This code requires use of an Entity Code
• DN: Referring Physician.
