ASK-EDI SFTP MFA Enablement – Opt In & Secure Your Access!

<p><span>ASK-EDI is introducing <strong>multifactor authentication (MFA) as a</strong></span><strong>n option </strong>start<span>ing June 1, 2025. You can choose to enable MFA at any time before enforcement begins on <strong>July 27, 2025</strong>.</span></p>
<p><span>Additionally, trading partners who have the ability to generate an SSH key are encouraged to upload one to their account. <strong>Uploading an SSH key is separate from opting into MFA,</strong> but provides an alternative authentication method that eliminates the need for passwords.</span></p>
<p><span><strong>Your three options:</strong></span><br><span><strong>✔</strong> <strong>Opt in to MFA early—transition on your timeline before enforcement in July 27, 2025.</strong></span><br><span><strong>✔ Upload an SSH key—strengthen security & simplify authentication by eliminating password usage.</strong></span><br><span><strong>✔ Do nothing —MFA requirements will be enforced for your account on July 27, 2025.</strong></span></p>
<p><span><strong>Important Note:</strong> SSH key submissions take <strong>3–5 business days</strong> to process, so uploading early ensures a seamless transition.</span></p>
