Effective 01/26/2026 - Highmark 835 Transition
<p><span>Effective January 26<sup>th</sup>, 2026 - ASK will no longer service Electronic Remittance Advices (ERA’s) for Highmark Blue Cross Blue Shield of Western New York and Highmark Blue Shield of Northeastern New York. </span></p>
<p><span>To facilitate this transition, ASK will no longer accept new ERA enrollment forms as of <strong>01/01/2026.</strong> </span></p>
