Effective 01/26/2026 - Highmark 835 Transition

Effective January 26^th, 2026 - ASK will no longer service Electronic Remittance Advices (ERA’s) for Highmark Blue Cross Blue Shield of Western New York and Highmark Blue Shield of Northeastern New York. 

To facilitate this transition, ASK will no longer accept new ERA enrollment forms as of 01/01/2026.
