IMPORTANT – Highmark New York Transition Deadline Approaching

Please be advised that September 30, 2026, is the last day to submit claims through ASK for Highmark Western and Northeastern New York. After that date, claims will need to be submitted directly to Highmark through the Highmark EDI gateway.

ASK will begin deactivating existing Trading Partner accounts on October 1, 2026. To avoid disruption in claims processing, submitters should contact the Highmark EDI Operations Service Desk immediately to set up a Highmark Trading Partner account.

The Service Desk can be reached at 1-800-992-0246 and is available Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. ET.
